A 5.1 magnitude earthquake hit Southern California Friday night, shaking Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. The earthquake hit at 9:09 p.m. Pst one mile away from La Habra, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. There have been at least twenty aftershocks, with two of the aftershocks having a magnitude greater than 3.0, according to a press briefing from the Usgs. A 3.6 earthquake hit roughly an hour earlier in the same area. La Habra is located about 20 miles southeast of Los Angeles. As of 10:30 p.m., roughly 2,000 Sce customers were without power as a result of the quake,and but damage was minimal in L.A
no significance damage as been reported at this time,the los angeles fire department wrote in a blog post,shortly before 11 pm, the LAFD said it is no more in an earthquake mode.
